Prodigy Guitars Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time can be processed that day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may not be processed until the next business day. Orders usually ship within 48 hours.

Shipping Method
Orders will be shipped UPS Ground or FedEx. Depending on where you live, shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 8 days. Upon your request, we can upgrade the shipping method.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders over $199! Orders with a total of less than $199 will be charged a flat rate of $15. Heavy or bulky items may be subject to extra shipping charges. The prices above do not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. For shipping costs to these locations, please contact us with your order and we will give you an estimate. 

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
We offer a 30 day return policy on damaged or malfuntioning items only. If, for other reasons, you are not happy with your purchase, please email us and we will try to accomodate you. We strive to make our pictures and descriptions as complete and accurate as possible, but we know that buying something without having it in front of you can be worrisome at times. If you have to make a return due to any mistake of ours, we will pay for your freight. We ask that you send the item back to us in the original packing material and return all manuals and/or accessories that came with the item.

Return Procedure
To return an item for any reason, please contact us before shipping it. We will e-mail you with instructions on how to ship to us.

Damaged Merchandise
All items purchased from Prodigy Guitars are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping
Shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable. If your purchase is flawed a replacement will be shipped free of charge.

Sales Tax
Currently, no sales tax is charged to U.S. buyers. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice.
